Great service! I got rear ended and and needed my bumper replaced. I brought my truck in and not only did they replace the bumper but I told them I had some noise coming from my tire (not accident related) and they fixed that for me as well. They were also very fast, I was told 3-4 days and it was done in 1 and 1/2 days. I would definitely go back if I needed body work done and i would recommend them to anyone who needed work done.

I was very impressed by the quick service (accident on Thursday night - got service quote on Saturday - dropped off car Monday morning and picked it up on Thursday) all within a week. The work looked good - could not tell it was repaired. The car was also super clean at pickup. Thanks!

I was very pleased and impressed with the staff at the Crystal Lake location. They did an excellant job, they called with a status as promised on Tuesday and Thursday of each week that they had my car for repair. They gave me a date for completion and it was completed 6 days prior to completion. The staff is awsome.

Outstanding service from the time I took my car for an estimate for body work until I picked it up a day and a half later. The staff was so professional from the moment I called to make my initial appointment. Scott Behm was the rep who kept me informed every step of the way and Pete in the body shop called to tell me that my car was ready. The workmanship was perfect. Enterprise Rental brought a car for my use when my car was being repaired and their customer service was also outstanding. I would highly recommend Gerber as the place to go for car body repair!

I got tagged by a driver turning out of a parking lot . . . traded paint. The driver wanted to pay cash for my repairs. The first estimate I received was approx. $700 and 3 days in the shop. Scott Behm @ Gerber in CL thought my cosmetic damage could be buffed out for a minimal charge. The guys in back worked their magic. The side of my 06 Impala looked great. Best part - Scott did the work for no charge and I did not have to have my car in the shop for 3 days. Thanks Scott and the team at Gerber in CL!

I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. Scott Behm and Pete gave me the best service I every had. I had some work that needed to be done to my car that was not related to the collison. They asked me if I would like it fixed and gave me a great price. They provided excellent service and I tell everybody I know how wonderful they are. I highly recommend Gerber because of them.
