I was so thankful to Scott Behm on my recent trip to Gerber in Crystal Lake. Both my husband and I have had repair work done on our vehicles at this facility. My recent trip to Gerber was due to paint transfer to my bumper from the trim surrounding my garage door. Got a little too close. Not only was Scott able to remove the rather large white area from my dark navy bumper he did it for no charge! I was pleasantly surprised and elated that he removed every bit of paint and I did not have to pull out my credit card. I am a very happy customer who will keep coming back to this facility exclusively for auto body work. Hopefully no more paint transfer! Thanks Scott! Best Regards, Linda La Lond

I went in for an estimate on some minor damage because we had a good experience on another automobile a few years ago, and Scott Behm, the estimator, brought out a tool and fixed my driver-side door so it would open for me. He was also prepared to take it to the back and have it buffed out for me on the spot. Wow, I really was thinking this was going to be an $800+ expense, and 2 days without a car, but Scott fixed me right up and sent me on my way. Thank you Scott! Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake will be my first choice when the need arises on any of my cars.

This is my first accident ever. Scott and everyone else there was so nice. They made my first experience a walk in the park, no problems at all. I am 110% satisfied with the job they did. If I ever have a problem like this again I will definitely go back to Gerber Collision and Glass.

Great service! I got rear ended and and needed my bumper replaced. I brought my truck in and not only did they replace the bumper but I told them I had some noise coming from my tire (not accident related) and they fixed that for me as well. They were also very fast, I was told 3-4 days and it was done in 1 and 1/2 days. I would definitely go back if I needed body work done and i would recommend them to anyone who needed work done.

I was very pleased and impressed with the staff at the Crystal Lake location. They did an excellant job, they called with a status as promised on Tuesday and Thursday of each week that they had my car for repair. They gave me a date for completion and it was completed 6 days prior to completion. The staff is awsome.
