These folks were AWESOME!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and my van was done on the day they told me and kept me informed along the way as to the work being done. Plus, they cleaned the inside when done!! Yeah!!

What could have turned into an agnozing situation with a collision repair, even though the other party's insurance was responsible for payment, Gerber really made my day. We have used the Crystal Lake Gerber for many years because of their good service,great work and promptness. We also appreciate the ease of getting a rental car when needed. I had a repair done a couple of months ago and the work was completed two days early and as always...a great job was done. This last time was an exception to this.....it surpassed my expectations!!! Scott Behm treated me so well and fixed my car on the spot as a courtesy. I can't express my gratitude enough. Had our drivers side door fixed back in September. Not due to an accident - the door check needed to be replaced. The folks at the Crystal Lake were wonderful! I waited for the repair, they fixed our car in less time than anticipated and even washed it! What a knowledgable, courteous staff!

I was highly impressed with the Crystal Lake Gerber Collision & Glass. I was recently involved in a minor car accident with my company car. My first meeting for an estimate was with Scott Berg. He was beyond kind and helpful. It is rare nowadays to find someone so great to deal with. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as well. The work on my car was done ahead of schedule. Every interaction I had with the Crystal Lake location was superb! I will highly recommend this location to all. Thanks so much for a job well done!

Great experience! The work was done very well, delivered before the promised date, and at a great price! The staff should be commended for their courteous and helpful attitudes. I hope that I will not need their services again in the near future, but if I do, this Gerber location will be my first choice. Gerber is also the first choice of my insurance company - the Hartford.

I was exremely pleased wtih the service of the people & the quality of the work on my car. The work was completed even before promised! They also set up for me a car rental who met me at Gerber making this experience even more convenient. The damage was fixed perfectly & they even cleaned my car before returning it to me. I would highly recommend them for repairs!

I want to say thanks to Scott Behm who has helped me several times over the last year with my cars. He is truly a Professional who cares about the customer and the customer experience. My most recent visit wwas today. A tree branch Scratched the passenger side of my car. He looked at it immediately and said it could be buffed out. They were able to take me Right away and within 15 minutes my car was looking brand new and I was ready to go. My experience got even better. When I Asked for the bill, I was told there was no charged. Wow!!! Thank you Scott for creating such a pleasant and memorable experience, Thank you Keith for doing such a great job on my car! You two rock! I'll be coming back for years to come...you Can count on it! Car!
