I received my car within 5 days when the projected time was 10 days, the repairs were great, the car was cleaned inside and out, and smelling good. I was very much satisfied with the service I received at Gerber in Crystal Lake. I would refer them in a heart beat. The employees are very warm and friendly. I had a most wonderful experience with them.

I specifically asked the insurance company if I could have the work done by Gerber because I had been treated well by Gerber in the past. Although I did not have a lot of damage, the repair was done quickly and well. I brought it in on Tuesday morning and it was done by Friday, which increased my satisfaction with the decision to have Gerber do the work. My estimator was Joe Cichanski, who was very professional during the estimate process and called me later in the day with the estimate information and then again on Thursday with an update. All the folks at the Crystal Lake shop treated me well, so I would regard the transaction as a very positive exeperience. Gerber remains my first choice in the event future collision work is needed. I would also have no problems recommending Gerber to others. Kai Lieber

Repairs took longer than predicted because of hidden damage, but we were kept informed every step of the way. The car looks great - they even cleaned the inside!!! They really worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. A great big thank you to everyone there.
