The team here at Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake,IL were more than helpful with everything that I needed. Getting into a car accident at 6:10 AM was not on my Monday morning to do list, however, this team here went above and beyond and MORE THAN MET MY EXPECTATIONS. They took the hassle out of the entire experience. Even when I had to go back for a VERY MINOR thing, they made me a top priority. Dawn was exceptional with her customer service and they way she treated me was as if she'd known me for years. This is BY FAR the BEST Gerber I've ever dealt with and will drive out of my way to make sure anytime I need any sort of repair, this is my store to go to! WOW!!!

I received my car within 5 days when the projected time was 10 days, the repairs were great, the car was cleaned inside and out, and smelling good. I was very much satisfied with the service I received at Gerber in Crystal Lake. I would refer them in a heart beat. The employees are very warm and friendly. I had a most wonderful experience with them.
