Contacted office regarding a small problem with door from a repair from 4 years ago. Talked to Enoch and later Sean. They checked everything out and returned the car the same day in perfect order. Was treated great by all the staff including intake/reception person. You have great customer service! The office remodel was beautiful too!

Gerber was excellent while they worked on my car. They always kept me updated about the status of my car. If they did not send me an e-mail they called me to let me know what was going on with my car. They were very helpful and kind during the process. It would recommend them to anyone.

The car was finished much faster than anticipated. The staff explained the insurance process clearly and kept us up to date on the progress of the car. They are all very friendly and made suggestions to aid us in finding a car to use while ours was being fixed. If we need this service again, we will not need to look anywhere else besides Gerber!

I loved the text updates I got the moment I dropped my car off. I knew what was happening before taking it in, while it was there, and after it was done. Not only did I received text updates, but I also received personal phone calls. I was told it was going to take a week to get my car back, but the best part is that it only took four days. They did a great job on the body work and blending the colors. Thanks for taking care of my car.
