I am so Thankful for the whole staff at the Crystal Lake location. Friendly, professional and always followed up on time. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. I also want to apologize to the staff, when my car got to their site I was under stress from the accident I had and was not very nice to them, they all were very comprehensive about my situation. My car looked like new when I picked it up. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE HARD WORK ON MY BABY!!!

What a great experience!!!! Text messages to keep me updated. Phone calls kept me in the loop on the progress and any issues that may arise. Vince, Dan, and the whole team made the repairs quickly and accurately. The car looks and runs like new. And then they tell me that all the work they did has a lifetime warranty. So if anything related to the work they did needs to be addressed, they take care of it. Like I said, a really great experience from beginning to end.
