I plan to bring my other auto for minor body dents and paint repair within next 30-60days

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! My car looks great!!! I wasn't so sure how my car was going to look with the amount of back end damage but it looks like new. The paint is also a PERFECT match! I even got my car back 8 days earlier than expected. Gerber always gave me updates on the progress of my car. Scott was great to deal with and office staff VERY knowledgeable and friendly. When I dropped my car off for repair my rental was there waiting. The entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Gerber for any collision repair.

What a great team at the Crystal Lake Gerber location! Friendly and knowledgeable. Joe walked me through the process every step of the way and I he made sure I understood what they were going to do to the vehicle, but also how long it would take. He set up my rental car and kept me informed on the progress of the repair work. No one ever wants to get in an accident and have auto body work done, but the team at Gerber made it a bit less stressful. Thank you!

Car was dinged on the side by a bad driver parking and keyed by a kid at the park. This was an expense I didn't expect. Scott walked me through the claims process and fixed the car. They even buffed out a scratch unrelated to the event. Car looks brand new. I am treating it that way even parking farther in the lots. My car even sent emails telling me the progress and that it was having a good time being repaired. They did what was estimated for and did it right.

I was treated wonderfully from the moment I went to get the estimate , email updates, text updates and phone calls from the Technician. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone out there looking for a professional shop to bring their auto to. Scott Berg was the Tech and told me it would be about a week and with additional damage found it only took 3 days! When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that he wasn't there anymore and was promoted to General Manager of another! I wish you the BEST!
