I was extremely happy with everyone that I met while getting my car repaired due to an accident. The car was repaired to my satisfaction! I met with Angie Morales first and she was great to work with. Tonya was always pleasant on the phone and in person; Ashley kept me up to date on the status of my car and helped me out with all my questions. They even did a couple of extras (fixed my sun visor holder, put my "LX" nameplate on the rear deck) that were not due to the accident at no extra charge! That is truly going above and beyond expectations. I forgot to mention Jason who wanted to make sure that I was being helped while waiting for my wife to pick me up! I am one happy customer!

Folks did a great job. Kept me informed all during the repair cycle. Convenient rental car pickup and drop-off Car was completed on time, cleaned inside and out, and the repairs looked terrific. Can't say enough about how great Tawnya and Ashley were in the office. A great operation that will get my referral.

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in Concord NC. Although the circumstances were not ideal (nobody likes being in a car accident!) the staff at Gerber made the whole process so much easier. The main person I dealt with was Lisa, who was super sweet and very prompt at returning any calls/emails that I sent. The repairs were done FAST (one week earlier than expected!!) and the text messaging service that Gerber used to keep me updated was very convenient as well. My car looks perfect, just as it did pre-accident. I will ALWAYS use Gerber in the future, although hopefully I won't have another accident for a while :) Thanks to everyone at Gerber who made this whole process simple for me, y'all rock!!!

I got in my first car accident and was recommended to Gerber Collision. I am so glad, they were absolutely nothing but helpful. I moved to NC from NY a few months ago and not knowing anyone in the area I was worried about how I would be able to commute back and forth from work while my car was being fixed. Gerber provided me a loaner car for up to 5 days free of charge while they were working on my car. When i went to pick up my car on the 5th day it was like it was brand new, they even cleaned out the inside for me! On top of it they were able to save me some money off of my deductible which was a huge help considering the guy that hit me gave me all false information. I am very happy at the end of all this and would highly recommend them to anyone!
