Tawnya was great in letting us know twice a week about our car. The car was in the shop for a month and she always kept us up to date about everything. She also called today to find out if everything was ok since we picked up the car today. We think they did an outstanding job fixing the car. We would definitely use them again. Everyone was very courteous and answered all our questions about the insurance and the car. Thank you so much for being so efficient and pleasant to work with.

Just had my car repaired at Gerber Collision and Glass and they did a great job! I took it there to get a second opinion on my repairs, and they not only said the car could be fixed, but also came in at a lower price. They were great to work with, very friendly and helpful. They kept us updated on how the repairs were going. Great communication and customer service. Repairs were done in a timely manner and were finished ahead of their estimated time frame. The car looks fantastic and drives well also. The car came back very clean inside and out. I am very satisfied with Gerber Collision and Glass and would highly recommend them.

My experience with GreberCollision was an extrememly satisfying one. The staff is always professional and courteous. They made arrangements for rental car pick up at their location, making it pain free for me. I was updated on the status of my vehicle repair and the vehicle was ready when promised. The quality of workmanship exceeded all other body shops I have had the misfortune of doing business with in the past. Gerber in Concord will be the only collision shop to work on my vehicle, should that need arises.........I hope it doesn't, or at least it's not my fault. Thanks Kevin, Tawnya, and Jason.

someone hit my sons car from behind knocked off bumper, within less than a week ( which included the Memorial Day Weekend ) Gerber Collision was wonderful, fixed in less than a week. Kept me informed of progress, and even came in below estimated price. I would highly recommend this company. We were extremely satisfied with the work.

Gerber Collison & Glass did a awesome job repairing not 1 but 2 damages to my car. From the first day to the last day the staff were very helpful and professional. The staff here is amazing and knowledgable of the repair, insurance, rental car process. I received daily pictures and updates of my car which was very impressive. I was also pleased that my interior was cleaned and I mean really cleaned and detailed. I could go on and on about my first time experience with Gerber Collison & Glass. I was scheduled to be at work a little after 9 this morning due to pick up, however due to the fast and speedy service, I was able to get there by 8:16 and stop for Star Bucks Coffee Thank you....Thank you

Awesome service and excellent body work! I cannot even tell my car was ever wrecked. Jason Pope and Tawnya Stephen made my nightmare of having a wrecked car into a dream... This was the first time I have ever had to have a vehicle fixed from a wreck and if it should ever happen again, which I hope it does not... but if it does, Gerber is the only place my vehicles will go! And Jason Pope went over and above customer service... One of the nicest people I have ever met! Thank you so very much!

Our Honda Civic was taken to Gerber Collision in Concord, NC after it was rear-ended on I-85. Jason P. was the Estimator, who evaluated the damage to our car. He was very personable, and took time with us to explain the significant damage our car sustained and that it would not be repaired; helped us get things out of our car; and explained the process we would go through with our insurance company. We are from Virginia and knew no one in Concord NC..... It was a stressful situation but Janson made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. When we arrived home, we realized that we had forgotten to get some music CD's out of the car. Jason very kindly mailed them to us. We consider Jason to be a huge asset to your Concord NC facility. In addition to Jason P., Tawanda in the office was also extremely helpful. We appreciated her kindness.

I took my Mazdaspeed3 to the location in Concord on Victory Lane. They did a great job! I don't think anyone would ever realize that the area that was repaired had ever been damaged in the first place. The estimator that took me in, Jason Pope, was very courteous and helpful, and the rest of the staff that I met were as well. From start to finish, it was painless and was handled very quickly. 10/10

Put a new rear bumper on my honda accord. If you could rate a 10 I would. They were quick and kept me informed at all times and finished my car 2 days early.. Handled getting me a rental car and when I picked my car up, they had given it a wonderful wash job. I will recommend them to everyone i know. Everyone there was so nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them....It looks great.

What a great experience from start to finish. After the wreck occurred and my car was towed in, they were nice enough to send Ashley to pick me up to get my rental. What a huge help! Kevin handled my repairs and kept me updated on my car during the entire process. My car was done quicker than originally expected. And they even delivered it! I will definitely recommend to friends and family!
