I loved Earl! The work was beautiful; I couldn't tell that it was in an accident, the paint on the fender matched the rest of the car perfectly (even my Inspector husband was very pleased, and he notices EVERYTHING) , and fast -- they had my car (my baby) back to me sooner than originally thought. Stellar!! We had such an exceptional experience with Gerber that I had to give feedback. Earl handled our collision repair and his customer service was unparalleled. He was extremely knowledgable about our insurance company and handled all of the communication with them. He also called us regularly to update us on our repair, and took personal responsibility for the quality of the repair outcome. I seldom run across such accountability or superior customer service anymore. I so appreciated knowing what was going on every step of the way, and feeling reassured that everything was going to be okay after the difficulty of our accident. Our vehicle repair turned out beautifully! Thank you Earl and thank you Gerber!!!!

Devan at the front desk was very kind and worked with me through insurance issues. Earl was the definition of customer service. I was so happy to find someone so genuinely kind and detailed about my repair that was taking place. It is rare to find someone like Earl in any business these days! The manager was also very kind and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving with my newly repaired vehicle! They have a great team at the Mark Dabling location! I have been to this Gerber location 4 times now and I can say there is no other place I would take my Subaru for repairs. The first person who won me over is Earl. He is such a personable guy! Rob and Johnny have repaired my car each time and it always comes out looking like its never crashed before (not true). Devon and Brian were also great. Every time I called them they were friendly and answered every question I had. Gerber is truly lucky to have such a large number of exceptional staff members.

The team at Gerber did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my repairs. My accident occurred during the first major snow storm of the year and they took a genuine interested in my health & safety. In addition to repairing the damage caused by the crash, they identified a problem with my breaks and returned my car as good as new!
