I am very pleased with the work done on my car. Johnny, Gary, and Tony did an excellent job. I was surprised to get the car back so fast and it was even washed vacuumed and detailed. I will certainly be bringing another vehicle to Gerber to have work done by them. Working with Doug was wonderful; he kept me informed and up to date through the entire process. Gerber Collision did an excellent job on fixing my car. Everyone was very courteous and considerate. I will definitely return to them in the future if I need any repairs done. I would also like to thank John Snyder for polishing my headlights--just as an extra! I knew they didn't look very good but didn't realize how bad they really were. They look brand new now!

Doug T and Auto Team 1 were amazing. Doug searched long and hard for difficult to find parts for our 2000 Range Rover. He came through for us and despite all of those difficulties and delays, Auto Team 1 still completed the repair on the original schedule. Our Rover looks great!! As much as we hope we don't need accident repairs in the future, we would not hesitate to return to Gerber and we will be certain to ask for Doug again. Thank you!!!!

My recent visit to Gerber blew me away. I had two other cars repaired there in the past. In general I rated my experiences as good. However this last visit turned out to be far superior to my previous ones. The new manager, Earl, has taken a good operation and made it excellent. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, customer service are outstanding. The customer service before, during, and after the repair is the best I have seen. Paperwork and Insurance claims were handled seamlessly. When I picked up the car after repairs were completed the car had been detailed inside and out. A nice extra I had never received before. The quality of the repair work performed was first rate. Rob and Johnny had even fixed some little dings that were not involved in the accident and not covered by insurance. I offered to pay for the "above and ... beyond" service, but was told no charge. My auto looks like it just came off the new car lot. The work was beautiful; I couldn't tell that it was in an accident, the paint on the fender matched the rest of the car perfectly (even my Inspector husband was very pleased, and he notices EVERYTHING) , and fast -- they had my car (my baby) back to me sooner than originally thought. Stellar!! We had such an exceptional experience with Gerber that I had to give feedback. Earl handled our collision repair and his customer service was unparalleled. He was extremely knowledgable about our insurance company and handled all of the communication with them. He also called us regularly to update us on our repair, and took personal responsibility for the quality of the repair outcome. I seldom run across such accountability or superior customer service anymore. I so appreciated knowing what was going on every step of the way, and feeling reassured that everything was going to be okay after the difficulty of our accident.
