I was totally impressed with the service provided by Gerber Collision and Glass, located at Mark Dabling, Colorado Springs. My bumper was replaced due to gouges in the paint, caused by a rotor-tiller. Bryan Royer was the rep who helped me. He thoroughly explained the process and time needed to complete the repair. The job was completed within 2 days and looked like new! I truly appreciated Bryan's professionalism and detailed explanations. I will certainly recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs collision work! Thanks for a job well done!

This is the second time I have used Gerber, and I am pleased with the level of service. I want to reiterate that Earl is an asset to your organization! His positive demeanor and ability to answer all my questions at a level I can understand is to be commended. Abe, a driver, took me home after I dropped off my car and returned to pick me up when my headlight was repaired. He was also very personable and got me to and from my destinations quickly and safely. If the need arises, I will definitely use Gerber again and will recommended this company to my friends and family.

Gerber did an outstanding job on my car repair. Enjoyed working with Bryan Royer, who made the process extremely easy. I was made to feel like a valued customer and extra care was taken to ensure I was pleased. I had to return for a minor adjustment which was taken care of quickly. Kudos for a job well done. I'd like to take this time to acknowledge the people who worked on my 1995 Dodge Avenger that had been rear ended. It had low mileage and was in great condition. I met with Earl Bell, their estimator and he told me that he would do everything possible to restore it back to the way that it was. He delivered on that statement with superior work from the body person, paint person and detailer. The service the company provided was EXCELLENT! I was really happy with the timeframe as well as the detailed worked that was provided. I loved that the car still looks like new even though I can't get it washed for a couple of days. I would recommend Gerber to anyone that needs work done on their car for an accident or even non accident related repairs.

Brian Royer was great!!! He took care of a complicated repair of my daughter's Subaru that was significantly damaged in an off-road crash. He kept us informed of complications dud to Subaru sending the wrong computer (for the air bag system). He thoroughly inspected the repair prior to delivery. What a professional! Both my daughter and I were very pleased. Please thank him for both of us.

I would like to thank Gerber for taking such good care of my car and fixing it so well it even feels better than before our car vs. pothole experience. I would also like to thank the Tow Truck Driver (I believe they said his name was Tony) who was so kind and out of his own pocket paid to fix my door handle. That act of kindness was way above and beyond and words of thanks seem a bit shallow but know that I was completely overwhelmed with your kindness. I do hope I don't need your services again but if I do, I certainly will request your shop. Everyone in the shop was very kind and personable and made sure everything was done exceptionally well.
