amazing service, friendly staff, had zero issues, my truck came back looking brand new! They even detailed the interior which was not expected. I received communication the entire time via text so I knew what was going on with my truck every step of the way. They also had it ready and finished 3 days before estimated time. I will never use a different repair shop. They will have our business for life.

George and his staff are top notch! Communication was excellent, they had the car for 6 business days and I had an update 3 different times. While the damage to the car wasn't a lot, they treated it like it was and it came back good as new. Thanks to all.

Luis and the team at the Boulder Gerber location did an excellent job giving us an estimate and repairing body damage from hail. We needed to reschedule appointments twice, and both times it was easy to get ahold of someone and reschedule. They also followed through with the work within the timeline they communicated and the repairs were thorough. They even cleaned our vehicle inside and out before we picked it up, which was above and beyond, and very welcome. We also appreciate they are a preferred repair shop with State Farm. We would definitely return to this shop and recommend it to others.

If I could give 10+ stars, I absolutely would!! I worked with Brandon R, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was even able to buff out the damage to my car so you can't even tell anything happened-and he did it all in maybe 10 minutes! I could not be happier with Gerber Collision & Glass, and especially with Brandon. This is the third time we've brought one of our cars here over the years, and every single time, the service and repairs have been exceptional. I truly cannot recommend this place enough! Niki is 5 stars all around! I worked with her two years ago when I needed bumper repair from an accident paid for by the at fault driver. She was great then, walked me through everything and was always on time. This time, someone broke my taillight and I had to pay out of pocket. Since I knew this shop and Niki, I called in and they were able to order my part and make the repair within a week. The price was great, they charged me for the part and a very fair labor charge. I sincerely hope I never need auto body services again... but if I do, they have my loyalty!!!
