Incredible service! I got hit on Thursday, they got me in for estimate on Friday, and all done by the following Friday. Absolutely impeccable service. Even my insurance company said they've never seen such quick response and are impressed. They even gave me a ride home so my husband wouldn't have to take off work. Oh, one more thing that really impressed me, they cleaned the inside of my car up, I don't have mats in right now and it was so dirty. Just a very good experience, smart, kind, friendly, fast, professional group!

I wish to commend the team at Gerber Collision & Glass for their great customer service. Kayla & Sarah were both extremely helpful at the front desk whenever I was there and assisted me both times. I was amazed at the fantastic job Liam M. did in estimating the damage to my Toyota Camry, preparing the list of parts I needed, and helping me get them ordered quickly, too! Liam called me weekly to update me on the progress of their work, and today I was able to go and pick up my car, which was just like new since they even washed and cleaned it too! The best part was that I thought I'd have to pay for it myself until I found out that Allstate would cover the cost, and I only had to pay my $750 deductible. Liam and the gals at the front desk took care of the paperwork for me, and I appreciated all of their help + the kindness they ... showed me every time I was there! The whole team is so professional that I will be referring them to my friends & family members from now on! What a great experience it was to have their help during such a nerve-wracking time! They are great to deal with and deserve KUDOS GALORE!!!!!!!!!!! Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for their hard work and, most of all, their sincere professionalism too! I stopped by the facility on 25 1/2 Rd., on 7/19/25. I have a Tacoma. I was needing an estimate for resurfacing that bumper cover. The right rear bumper cap had residual from transferred paint when a car, in a hit and run event, hit my bumper while driving on 6 & 50 bypass. The service advisor (failed to ask his name) looked at the bumper cap. He stated "I think we can take of this now". He came back with bottle of buffing compound and a small orbital buffer. Within a couple of minutes all marks were gone. You would never know any even occurred! My great shape Tacoma would remain with the original paint! I offered compensation, he politely refused multiple offers. THANK YOU so much! Should I have a need for auto body services... You are it! I Recommend this facility !

We love our Hyundai Santa Fe and had to find a place to have some damage to our front bumper fixed. We chose Gerber Collision and Glass because of their high rating for quality work. We were very pleased with our entire experience from friendly, honest personnel and ease in which important aspects of the repair were shown to us. They really delivered on their performance and kept us informed about the repairs every step of the way. Make sure you visit them for any body or glass work on your vehicle.
