This was the first time I'd ever needed to go to an auto body shop and I was not sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I was treated fairly and was made to feel like everything was going to be fine. Shout out to Linda for walking me through the process and making sure I was updated on things if they changed. My car was ready when promised and looks great! I also appreciate that they open early enough for me to get there on the way to work. I hope I never have to have repairs done from an accident again , but if I ever need body work done on my car, I'll go back here.

In a day and time of automated virtual phone attendants, virtual or real website chat sessions and annoying text messages, it's refreshing to conduct business with a company that has employees who actually communicate and speak directly with customers and clients. Everyone at the Devereux Road deserve the highest praise. Marti ensured my car was well cared for from the first day to delivery day. My car looks great.
