Kim was a wonderful person to work with. It only took 2 1/2 weeks to repair my poor car. It did take 1 month to get in for an estimate, but after that things went quickly, smoothly and Kim was in touch with any updates. I will bring all my cars to them for repairs from now on.

Highly recommend Gerber Collision in Loveland, CO. Collision repair area looks like new now. Vehicle was clean when I picked it up with no shop odors detectible. They also repaired a seal on the rear lift gate which saved me from a more expensive repair from the car dealer which included a new seal that wasn't necessary.

I cannot express enough how grateful and impressed I am with the personnel and the superior quality of my car repair! Marti, my estimator, was so professional, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns with such authentic kindness! Robyn at the front desk.. I live very close and she very graciously gave me a ride home after dropping it off, and also picked me up when my vehicle was ready! Above and beyond! Stephanie at the front desk as well is always kind, professional and awesome personality! While waiting I had the pleasure of speaking with a couple of the technicians from the back, and they were such nice guys, and had such positive personalities! I was also not expecting that when I got into my most beautiful fixed vehicle, they had cleaned the mats and vacuumed! I was sent to Gerber from the insurance of person that rear-ended my car. Because they were very busy and had to order additional parts, my car did take over a month; however, that was not their error. The insurance company did my initial appraisal via photos (poor idea on their part, although this is apparently a common practice). Gerber did an amazing job, they were friendly, organized and helpful from day one from front desk person to, Tina, my appraiser who kept me informed via text the entire time (recommend you opt in for texts). The couple times I called in to ask questions, I was able to reach her immediately. The repairs are flawless. Excellent work. The car was cleaner inside and out when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Would recommend.

I had my car repaired here last June. My car was completed in the time that they said it would be and everyone I came in contact with was very professional and courteous. We've had a couple of warranty items since then and they were handled quickly. I worked with Jon and Mardell on this last issue and definitely want them and the whole team to know that I appreciate their kindness and making this an easy process for me. They were very busy but didn't make me feel rushed or that I was a bother. Great customer service! The extra little TLC they gave my car was a great touch! Good job!
