I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, they kept me updated every single day and had my car for just over a week, delivering it right on time as promised. My car looks brand new. Berkley was wonderful and truly made the experience personal by answering the phone and greeting me by name every time I called. The technician who completed the repairs, Jim, went above and beyond, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the work.This repair was the result of a hit-and-run accident, which is never a pleasant experience, but Gerber Collision & Glass managed to turn a stressful situation into a very positive one. I couldn't be happier with the shop, the repairs, and my "new" car. I highly recommend this team!

My SUV had some front end damage from a crash and they fixed it and made it look new again. They washed it and cleaned the inside too. The lady at the front desk, Berkeley kept me informed and was very friendly. She made the process easy to understand and as painless as possible. She also helped me with Enterprise and getting my rental. When I called to check on my vehicle she always gave me the info I needed. She really went above and beyond. If I need any more repairs I will definitely be back.

I'm now a three time return customer. My last visit was a self-pay visit. This Gerber location gave me the best of three competitor quotes. Another body shop talked about having to remove my convertible top and the trunk and replace the entire rear quarter panel vs repair the fault. The Boulder location quoted half, didn't need to do all that extra work, and the repair looks like new. What put my experience over the top to write the review is the final bill was even less than their original quote!

The repair process at Gerber Collision after my accident was great and professional at every step along the way. The adjuster, Luis, answered all my questions fully and explained each stage of the process, costs, and worked with me on timelines for the repair. The final result was flawless. We needed to wait to replace one piece that was on back order, and Luis figured out how to make that work so that I didn't have to wait weeks until it came in. My car looks great and I was happy to have the process be so easy and friendly.

I can't tell where the repair was made (success!); great paint job, and it was sparkling clean after repairs were made. Kept me posted on progress.

Tom and his crew were outstanding. He advocated for us, the customer, in what was a very painful insurance process with Progressive (not our insurance company). Tom was very patient in seeing this repair through, even though Progressive threw up roadblocks / created delays at seemingly every step of the way. Tom was excellent in staying in communication with me relative to the status of his attempts to work with Progressive and relative to the status of the repair. Our family has taken several automobiles to Gerber Collision for repair, and we have had a good experience with each one.
