Great job taking care of me Helped minimize the appearance of the damage by actually cleaning and trying to repair a small chip. Found replacement rebuilt Mercedes AMG rim at 1/3 the quote, which was really impressive. Service was great throughout. 2nd time using this shop.

I went to Gerber in Clawson and have always received top notch service. I went in this morning because of my bumper being out of alignment. A gentleman came out and was able to fix the issue right on the spot. Gerber provides excellent service and customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They are fantastic to deal with. Their work is a A+ noboby likes to have to have a vehicle repaired due to an accident but everybody here was helpful and concerned they took whatever time needed to answer any question and gave updates on the repairs above and beyond.

It took two times for Gerber to fix my car to my satisfaction. There are some minor things that weren't repaired to preaccident state (ex. The trim of the car are not all properly aligned), but those things aren't noticeable unless you're close up. They worked with me until I was satisfied which is most important. Take the time to go over your damages with them before and after repairs.

Jose T H. is the reason I choose Gerber for the collision repair. His customer service and concern for my safety in my visit for an estimate was the key to making me feel very confident that Gerber / Jose T would do the very best job out of the five shops I received estimates from. Jose went so far to insist that he vacuum the broken glass from the interior of my car to make it safe to drive. This was before he had any idea that I would place the work with Gerber. It was exceptional customer service and speaks loudly to his work ethic and promotion of the company Please see that he gets proper recognition for this work and exceptional customer service.
