Took a vehicle here for body repair and was extremely pleased with both the customer service and work quality. Work was completed in 3 days and we received daily phone calls and text messages with status updates. Insurance claim was handled without issue. I brought by car in for an estimate today and before writing out the estimate JT checked to see if the scrapes from being sideswiped could be rubbed out. It turns out he was able to rub them out and the car looks great. He also gave me advice on what to do to fix the small rock chips we found. When we called Gerber we got in quickly for our estimate. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. We dropped our vehicle off before leaving state on vacation. The team at Gerber was very friendly and thoughtful of us being on vacation. They kept us updated on our repairs and went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased when we got our vehicle back. I received outstanding service on my collision repairs . I had the most unexpected amazing experience. The team really went the extra mile for customer service . I was treated like a person , where the staff cares about the customer . I had extenuating circumstances and had to be driven home and the manager himself drove me home . I am outdone and grateful . I have used other services prior ie Suburan, etc mom and pop shops and this location of Gerber prior and by far found the changes the team spirit and the new Gerber management definitely superior in MI for auto repairs.
