I've been using this business for over 20 years. Even after the buyout of Campbells to Greber, the same good service still exists. I'm so pleased with how they fixed up my 2015 Chevy Traverse. It's a remarkable well preserved car, and they made it look new again after a small front end accident. They have taken care of many mishaps from deer strikes to totaling out insurance claims for me on unrepairable cars. I will never forget the extra service of polishing up the headlights on my car to make it look new.

Excellent customer service from everyone, beginning with the two kind, pleasant and cheerful women at the front desk; to Trent, my estimator and guide to the process. My Equinox was returned nearly 2 days earlier than estimated, and looks perfect. I truly appreciate that it was washed, dried and vacuumed out. The garage area is spotless and tidy. Everything was professional and done with courtesy and a good sense of humor. I would recommend this Gerber site to anyone!

Had hail damage on every panel except for the driver's door. They used the paintless dent removal and it looks flawless. One panel did need painted and that's flawless also, which is an accomplishment with metal flake paint. There were a few blemishes from the work that they addressed and buffed out at my request. I couldn't be more impressed with the work and the positive attitude of everyone I had contact with there.

Great job with repairs, everything was done in a timely manner, even a little early, and they communicated with me throughout the process. Things got dicey upon pick up, though. I was supposed to pick up my car during after-hours and had driven several miles to pick it up that day; however, when I arrived, the paperwork along with my keys had been locked in my car. Fortunately, someone was still in the office to try to resolve the issue, otherwise I would have been stranded there on a really hot day, as I had just returned the rental. No one seemed to take responsibility for locking the keys in the car, and the two gentlemen in the shop had to break into my car to get the keys out, which caused more damage to the inside of the door. Even though service was good throughout, that was a pretty bad experience, which put a damper on my ... impression, as it was pretty stressful to deal with. read more
