I was very impressed with the service I received from the Apple Ave location in Muskegon Mi. Once I received my estimate I was able to book an appointment in a timely manner, and work was done on my vehicle right away as soon as I dropped it off. It was even completed ahead of schedule. They coordinated with Enterprise to get my rental car making that process hassle free for me. Thanks Dakota for being there from beginning to end, and for keeping me updated throughout the process. Big thanks to everyone who works there for a job well done! I highly recommend them!

During my shift the apartment shuttle developed a door jam witch caused an alarm to go off rendering the shuttle unsafe to drive I took it to Gerber Collision explained the situation and they immediately came out and worked on it until it was safely secured again Their quick response got me back on the road within the hour transporting the University of Michigan students to their classes on campus Without their help the shuttle could have been out of service for days instead of minutes On behalf of me and my students! Thanks Guys

Laura Griffin was very professional and kept me informed during the entire repair process. The receptionist, I cannot remember her name was always very courteous every time I called or stopped by the shop. The work on the Ford Edge was very good. Only a minor adjustment will need to be made on the driver's door. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body repair.
