Great job with repairs, everything was done in a timely manner, even a little early, and they communicated with me throughout the process. Things got dicey upon pick up, though. I was supposed to pick up my car during after-hours and had driven several miles to pick it up that day; however, when I arrived, the paperwork along with my keys had been locked in my car. Fortunately, someone was still in the office to try to resolve the issue, otherwise I would have been stranded there on a really hot day, as I had just returned the rental. No one seemed to take responsibility for locking the keys in the car, and the two gentlemen in the shop had to break into my car to get the keys out, which caused more damage to the inside of the door. David gave me a clear description of what was damaged on my car and when to expect the repairs to be done. He kept me posted on what was happening daily. My car looked great when I picked it up. The repair was done beautifully and it was cleaned inside and out. Hope never to have to visit them again, but they would be my first choice if it became necessary.

This isn't feedback about your service. It's about your employees, and how they represent you if you need a smile. One of your employees came in to our restaurant and it's a carry out place so instead of asking for a name for the order I said I'll just put it under Gerber, since he was in his work clothes. His response was priceless. He said; I'll take that. Clearly he was proud to work there. Really clearly. We talked for a minute and he told me he was a painter and immediately whipped out his phone to show me his work. Whoa! This guy truly lives to paint cars. He came in today for a second time and had his phone ready to show me his latest stuff. It's a very small world and just thought you might like to know.
