Collision shop perfection! Daily updates, they said job would be complete by Friday, it was done Thursday, had to order additional part and my car was still done before Friday, professional employees, customer service joy. I will always recommend Gerber to anyone in need

If anyone had told me there was a collision shop as perfect as Gerber I would have laughed in their face. My car was done in 3 days even though they needed an additional part, they gave me updates EVERYDAY, everyone I spoke to was so nice and professional!! I received paperwork on EVERYTHING that was done . A collision is an unfortunate event in anyone's life but Gerber makes it ALMOST a pleasure

I need to do a shout out for Natalie who runs, in my humble opinion, the Clawson location. I had my car repaired there and found one little thing that needed to be addressed as a punchlist, and I called Natalie and she had me in the next day and I was able to stay there and wait while that issue was corrected without any delay. Clearly, this young lady owns the customer service of that location and it made a difference for me after my Repair was done. Thank you, Gerber!

Everyone was extremely helpful, polite. Damage was fixed in less time than what was quoted. Will recommend this location to anyone.

Collision repairs were done with good quality. Great communication with updates on stays of vehicle and when completion would be done. Would highly recommend going to this location to others.
