Quentin was great at explaining the process to me and answering my questions. He listened to my concerns regarding alignment. He also clearly explained the rental car process and how to get to the rental place. Everyone was very kind at the location. They went above and beyond in detailing and washing my car after which I didn't expect but greatly appreciated. It is like there was never damage. It was a smooth and easy process. They made a stressful situation way less stressful.

Front spoiler replaced on my car. I was very nervous leaving my car but they re assured me they would take good care of her and they did. They went over every detail with me which made me feel more comfortable. I highly recommend Gerber they do take care of your car and are very nice. They talked with me and didn't just send me out the door. My car looks great!

David was amazing! From the 1st phone call in describing what I needed to the minor repair, he and the team were very professional and concerned. They were very busy and my issue was minor compared to other repairs they had. But he took the time to listen, fixed my bumper issue, made recommendations, and got me rolling QUICKLY! Would definitely come back in future if needed and HIGHLY recommend.
