Staff were very helpful and friendly. John was great. Explained everything on process for repairs time frame etc. Got car back in 5 days so was impressed . Repair work looks great. They washed and cleaned up car upon pick up. Appreciated updates while they had car. All very efficient. Thanks would highly recommend

What an easy experience. I dropped my truck off after a deer collided with the entire driver's side, and I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all-they handled everything. When I got the truck back, it looked fabulous. Not only was the first experience great, but two months later another deer ran into the driver's side front fender and front end of the same truck. Once again, it was just as easy and stress-free. Thanks, Gerber-great work. Hopefully we won't have to see each other again... knock on wood!

I caused a front right bumper crunch to my vehicle, a 2024 Camry. Was distressed at seeing the windshield wiper fluid in plain view. It took them a week to undo the damage its owner had done. But when returned to me, she was 100% her former beauty! Up to including clean as a whistle. My thanks to all the folks at Gerber. And I hope they'll understand when I say I hope I don't see you again for a while! ??

We had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision repairing our 2019 Toyota Rave 4. The personnel were courteous, communicated well and followed through exactly as agreed upon. You can no longer tell that collision work was needed on a damaged door. The paint job is flawless and the color exactly matches the rest of the car. We highly recommend Gerber Collision!

Andy S was our guy. He evaluated and estimated the damage. He was great! He knew his business and was direct yet very kind and informative. He said it may take appx 2 weeks give or take, depending on what they found and if anything broke. He hooked me up with Enterprise where I was given a discount. We were not going thru insurance for the car or the rental. He called after 5:00 on 1/15/26 saying it would be completed on 1/16/26. He then reached out on 1/16/26 and said we could pick up the car at 4:30 pm. He said the man who worked on it was Mike. I am very impressed with Andy and Mike. I would recommend this Gerber Collison to anyone and everyone. The lady at the desk (Brittany???) was also very helpful dropping the car off and picking it up. I feel you have 3 incredible employees at Gerber Collision who MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!

Kudos to: Progressive and our rep Selina. Deer hit damage to the van on Fri Dec 26. Progressive got us a rental vehicle the same day.
