This isn't feedback about your service. It's about your employees, and how they represent you if you need a smile. One of your employees came in to our restaurant and it's a carry out place so instead of asking for a name for the order I said I'll just put it under Gerber, since he was in his work clothes. His response was priceless. He said; I'll take that. Clearly he was proud to work there. Really clearly. We talked for a minute and he told me he was a painter and immediately whipped out his phone to show me his work. Whoa! This guy truly lives to paint cars. He came in today for a second time and had his phone ready to show me his latest stuff. It's a very small world and just thought you might like to know.

Hello Gerber Team, I wanted to share how genuinely grateful I am for the service I received at the Jackson, Airport Road location. The quality of the repair was outstanding, my vehicle looks great, everything aligns properly, and it functions exactly as it should. What truly set your team apart was the customer service and communication throughout the entire process. I received consistent updates and always knew the status, timing, and next steps, which made everything feel organized and manageable. I also want to recognize how pleasant and professional every interaction was, whether in person or over the phone. Any time I called with a question, the conversation was calm, helpful, and transparent. Michael in particular went to bat for me. He took the time to understand what was happening, communicated clearly, and advocated for me ... regarding the concerns I had with Enterprise. It was honestly reassuring to have an open, direct conversation with someone who was willing to step in and help resolve an issue that was not even Gerber's fault. Abby at the front desk was also exceptional. She was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and communicated with a level of professionalism and skill that I did not expect from a typical front desk role. She made the process feel smooth and handled everything with confidence and kindness. On drop off day, the Enterprise rental pickup became a stressful situation because I could not get ahold of Enterprise, even though the pickup was scheduled. When I arrived at Gerber, Michael stepped in immediately, got on the phone himself, waited on hold, and helped coordinate the pickup while I was able to wait there. He stayed calm and handled it with patience and professionalism, and it made a huge difference in the moment. Even though that rental issue was outside of Gerber's control, your team took ownership, coordinated directly with Enterprise, and made sure I was not left stranded. That level of accountability and care is rare. Later on, when it came time to return the rental, your team again stepped in and took the lead. You let me leave the Enterprise rental with you and you handled the return and coordination directly, which meant I did not have to deal with Enterprise again. That alone removed a huge amount of stress and was above and beyond what I expected. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everything was organized and seamless, and I left feeling confident in the repair and genuinely appreciative of the way your team operates. You have a really great group of people here, and their professionalism and kindness are above and beyond. Thank you again, I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family. read more

I read the reviews before I took my car in to have collision work done. The reviews were great. Brad was amazing to work with. Very professional and keeping me up to date each day. That was great but the final work was amazing. My car looks as beautiful as it did before it got hit. DO NOT think twice about taking your vehicle to them, you won't be disappointed. I can't thank you guys enough.
