Jose T H. is the reason I choose Gerber for the collision repair. His customer service and concern for my safety in my visit for an estimate was the key to making me feel very confident that Gerber / Jose T would do the very best job out of the five shops I received estimates from. Jose went so far to insist that he vacuum the broken glass from the interior of my car to make it safe to drive. This was before he had any idea that I would place the work with Gerber. It was exceptional customer service and speaks loudly to his work ethic and promotion of the company Please see that he gets proper recognition for this work and exceptional customer service. He certainly did not have to do it and the (5) other collision shops I visited that day didn't offer or think twice about it.The completed work was flawless and Jose walked out in a heavy ... rain the day i picked up my car to review the scope of work with me. I'm very happy that I selected Gerber to do the repair and would recommend the Clawson shop and Jose T to my friends if they needed collision or glass repairs without any hesitation. Professional staff was polite and thoroughly explained each step along the way. I appreciated the text messages that kept me informed throughout the process. The initial appointment, the paper work, the rental car arrangement, and the final inspection and pick-up were all done quickly and professionally! I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone.
