CA - 12190 La Crosse Ave, Grand Terrace - 6/7/24

Pleasant surprise. I took my car in for some minor touch up work to the paint and even bought the touch up paint at the dealership. Knowing my history, I wanted a professional to do it and took it to Gerber. Mr. Castillo took care of me immediately, touched up the blemish, and then said "No charge, but come back Monday so I can touch it up and check on it". WOW! Don't see this customer service very often these days. Made my day a bit better. Thanks

My 88 year old mother had her first experience with a collision company last week. Ernie (Ernesto) was absolutely awesome, he explained everything & answered her questions, was so patient & professional & has a dam good sense of humor. He gave my mom so much comfort that things would be ok & her car would just like new & it was. I myself had work done a couple of years ago on my car & I too was very satisfied. So, a huge shout out to everyone at Gerber & especially to Ernie. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!
