Oh my goodness! This shop made my experience, believe it or not, enjoyable. From the first interaction with Sarah I knew we were in good hands. Sarah contacted the rental company so the rental was ready for me when I dropped the car off. The guy who did the estimate made sure I understand every detail. I even had a little place that needed a touch of paint, unrelated to my repair, that they touched up. When I picked up my car, less than 36 hours after dropping it off, there were 3 staff members checking every element to be sure my car was in perfect order and good to go. I felt like I was their only customer as the attention was amazing. I highly encourage all to give them a call for your first estimate. You will be glad you did.

Ruby and the shop were wonderful. In working with my insurance following my car collision was a nightmare of a situation that went on for 6 months. There were countless setbacks, but once my car arrived in the hands of Ruby and here team at Gerber, the rest of the process was seemless. Their professionalism and customer service etiquette showed a genuine concern for their customers. Ruby even saw that I was having a hard time and agreed to take care of an area of my that was lightly damaged, but that my insurance rejected to repair. And she do free of charge!!! Many thanks to the Gerber team, you made a difference in a grumpy person's day and experience.

From the moment I called to inquire about services I was met with the most respectful and courteous professionalism from Vivian she helped me with the whole process with ease and I was constantly kept up to date with the status of my Repair by Augustine which they completed in a very timely manner & I love the work they did it's hard to believe my car was in an accident I would definitely recommend them to anyone I can and i will for sure be using their services again if ever needed!
