General Manager Robert S. examined my car door's scratches, that I had been told could not be polished out and needed re-painting. He and the painter examined the door and polished it out in less than a half hour at NO CHARGE. He needs to be commended for his honesty and saving Mercury Insurance the money for re-painting my door. Great service and expertise! Great honesty and integrity!

Not only did you adequately repair my Volkswagen Taos' collision damage, you responded quickly to resolve a "spin-off" problem. When I discovered that my car's "cruise-control" had somehow been rendered non-functional during the body work, you responded quickly to find and fix the problem. When someone ran into my car and left a nasty gash along the right side of my bumper, I was worried I'd be stuck with a wreck. I took it to Gerber Auto Repair and from the moment I pulled in, Michael took care of me like I was more than just another customer. On Monday I dropped the car off, and by Wednesday-not only was my bumper completely restored, but several dents were smoothed out and my spoiler, which had come loose, was glued back on perfectly. I got my car back in such beautiful shape that I swear it feels brand new. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond. They kept me in the loop, did the job quickly, and the quality is top notch. I can't thank them enough for making what could've been a stressful ordeal into something almost seamless.
