I was very impressed with the customer service policy and processes. They were sensitive to my need for transport home. And gave me a ride home. I looked forward to the status follow-up promised. However, that was not initiated by the company. I had to make the status calls. I was not informed by the tech he would be on vacation on the day he was to update me about status of completion, which is the reason I rated 4 stars. Vivian saved the day for me! She was most instrumental and most efficient in getting the car to me. She went out of her way to accommodate me learning that I would have to catch the bus to get the car. And lastly, the techs did a great job with repairs and negotiating with Mercury for work.

Our vehicle passenger door window was smashed along with door frame damage that required paint. We are completely satisfied with repairs! Only negative was delay in parts which could be related to venders Gerber uses?

#1. I was appreciated. #2. No after-market parts. #3. All details explained completely. #4. Time estimate was one and one half to two weeks. Vehicle was completed and returned to me in four days. #5. Interior was even cleaned. Will I go back? I hope I don't have to but if I need to, Absolutely!!! You know I'll recommend!
