The staff at Gerber in Newhall is fantastic. Tina, Hannah, Eduardo, and their crew went above and beyond to repair my car that was damaged in a local carwash. They were professional and supportive during the entire repair. They kept in touch with me on the progress of my car each day. I was stuck in Arizona during Christmas due to the Southwest problem, and they assured me it was no problem for me to pick up my car once I was able to return. There were a couple other problems with my car, and they took care of that immediately. If you want reliable, supportive, quality, and friendly service, this is the Gerber Collision and Glass shop you can count on for help. COMMUNICATION: I did have to reach out to the company about a week to 10 days after dropping my car off to get a status update. This did not impair my ability to get through my day to day but it would have been nice to hear from the company with a timely status update. After reaching out I started receiving text messages with where my vehicle was in the repair process which was nice. QUALITY OF WORK: Overall the vehicle looks pretty good. As discussed when I was dropping off the vehicle, the repaired bumpers are slightly off in color from the original paint but I expected this since I was briefed on it when I dropped it off. Gerber Location in Palm Desert has an Outstanding staff and technical team! They served me first in May 2022 by replacing the broken Passenger Rear Tail Light on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. My cost was incredibly low. In late November 2022, I discovered that an unknown jerk scratched my Passenger Rear Door with an ugly 2-foot "S". Heavens-to-Mergatroid! On December 2, 2022, I drove once AGAIN to my outstanding Palm Desert Gerber Collision & Glass Team to see if they could repair the Ugly S--C--R--A--T--C--H ! In 20-minutes, my Rear Passenger Door was repaired to Perfection! I Highly Recommend these miracle workers to Anyone needing help with their damaged car!!!
