The experience at this location was amazing. I had heard great things about Redlands location however, Highland was a lot closer. As soon as I got there from customer service to the quality of work has just been amazing. Vivian is so helpful and so nice and Dresy was amazing and always touched base when needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

He and Julian were always polite and courteous as were the ladies at the front counter. Great experience from start to finish! Kristen was super helpful and explained everything to me. They sent me frequent texts to keep me updated about the progress with my car repairs. And when I went to pick up my car they explained what they had done and told me I had a lifetime warranty on the repairs! I was very pleased. It looked like a new car. They even washed it!
