I had my 2012 Nissan Altima repaired at Aurora Lake St location recently as it had $12,000.00 dollars worth of damage. Moises and Scott made where very helpful in this very stressful time as they kept me informed along the way and made my vehicle look great. I've been going here for accidents for the last 10 years. Luckily, I havent been here in a really long time until someone rearended my brand new SUV. I took it to collision centers of America based on the recommendation of Geico (the other guy's insurance company) What a joke. I called Gerber, they said they would do it for the estimate the insurance company gave me. They did and I couldnt be happier.

I was very happy with my experience with Gerber Collision. I was rear ended in a car accident and Gerber Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car. Their communication is excellent. I received emails and phone calls about the progress of the repair of my car. It was good to know that they were working on it and had not forgotten about my car. True to their word they had my car fixed and back to me on they day they told me it would be done. They did a great job fixing my bumper, trunk, and side panel. I highly recommend them!

Excellent work and customer service. Mine was a challenging job done long distance, as I live in Iowa and the accident occurred in Aurora. The communication was great. The Tuesday and Thursday updates helped make me feel like it was in town. The car looks like brand new. Thanks Patrick and Moises.

Service was professional and well done. The phone call periodically to give an update on the progress of the repair was a big help on planning when completion was planned. Pick-up went smoothly and Gerber called Enterprise for me to have the rental picked-up.

Everything went very smoothly, as expected. (There was no rush to get the car back as the primary driver was out of state, making it easier for everyone.) Gerber people noticed that the insurance estimator had not accounted for the missing spoiler, and took care of getting it authorized by the insurance company, and ordering/installing this part. The work appeared to be of very high quality.
