Having about 10 different car experienced in my lifetime, I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. Bob provided a fair estimate for repairs to the car and an accurate time table. I liked the fact that every Tuesday and Thursday they would proactivly make update calls for the timetable for the repairs. Jeff even attempted to buff out a scratch on my other car while I was waiting at no additional cost. Everyone at the shop was very respectful and jovial making this a positive experience. Thank you for the good work.

My SUV had dent on the rear bumber, I had a very high estimate from another service center, where as Gerber took care of it for absolutly free. I have never had any service for my SUV for free till now...still can not believe it. I really appreciate their service and bumber was fixed perfectly. I like friendliness of the staff at this location. once again Thank you very much.

Gerber was excellent! They were always courteous, professional, and helpful. They worked with my insurance company and kept me updated on a weekly basis just as they had promised. The repair work looked amazing! They even took care of getting my rental car returned for me. Super nice!

Manager Jeff was very nice and helpful in the situation. He was very efficient and did not take time to fix the car. Carlo, the mechanic, was also very helpful and made the process much quicker. Overall, I was pleased by the service and recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing auto repair. Thanks.

When it comes to car repairs I've always been a hard critic because u hear so much negativity about being ripped off. I'm also HUGE on customer service, and I WILL write a negative review in a heartbeat. So with that said, I have to say I was really impressed this time with both the customer service AND body repair work of Gerber. I've always used Gerber, satisfied everytime. No big deal as I expect this anyway. But this last time I have to say was exceptional. The staff (especially Jeff, Bob and....the girl behind the front desk..I forgot her name!..blond-ish, coupla piercings, very personable) was so nice and accomodating. I had quite a bit done on my car. Had it returned looking beautiful, vacuumed and washed too. I received the most incredible courteous and professional service at the South Rt. 59 location. The GM, Jeff Cluchey was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He went out of the way to assist me on various issues. He has demonstrated the best customer service in car repair services. I left the parking feeling very pleased with the overall services. I loved the customer service. I left the car with my key in the lockbox and they called the next morning saying they had what they needed and they would start right away. Two days later they called with an update. The job was small but knowing if I had a job that could take weeks I know they would be giving me an update frequently.

We dropped by just to talk to someone about my son's car. The front bumper is dented and there is some rusting from some encounters with ice and a carport. After talking to the FANTASTIC people at Gerber, we know exactly where we stand. They provided us with FAIR and REASONABLE suggestions and even gave us a completely FREE estimate. ON TOP OF THAT, they even attempted to bump out some of the dents FREE OF CHARGE. They really listened to our reasoning for not getting this college car fully repaired right now. WE TRULY APPRECIATE THEM AND WILL RETURN WHEN WE ARE READY TO GET THIS REPAIRED.

I came in with a scratch that needed buffing. Jeff and Fernando helped me today, and they were both courteous and friendly. My repair was done quickly, and I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family.

I have spoken with Jeff throughout the process of my work at Gerber. I chose this Gerber because I have heard of the excellent customer service that Gerber has to offer and that they do amazing work. I have expierenced both of those things on the South Route 59 location in Naperville, IL. Jeff answered all of my questions and was always patient when I did not understand what was happening with my car. (I have never been through this before.) They called me every Tues and Thursday to do follow ups and made sure I knew what was happening in the process of the vehicle.
