This was outstanding service and a great looking repair. I went to Gerber for my first estimate, and then I went to three other shops in the area. Gerber's estimate was the best value--by far. They ordered the parts, called me when the parts were ready, and set up a day to do the repair. The repair was scheduled for two days, but it only took them a day and a half. Overall, this was a good experience (aside from the accident that let me there). I appreciate the staff's communication and service.

This location is very convenient for me. Jim H. (General Manager) greeted me in a very pleasant and professional manner when I went to pick-up my vehicle. Excellent work, no complaint. From beginning to end, no need to ask for more, Jim & Bob did everything for you from start to finish. Tells you update, what's needed, recommendations, did extra work such as polish & remove dent/scratch not part of the damage car. Excellent job Bob & Jim. Keep up the good work.

Everything handled smoothly and professionally. Work looked good - was completed a day earlier than anticipated. Several weeks before the work was done I stopped in unannounced for an estimate for the repair. They were able to take care of me and complete the estimate in around 15 minutes.

I arrived at this location at the scheduled time to drop off my car for repair. I soon discovered that I went to the wrong Gerber location! No problem! They quickly transferred my file to the current location, took my car in for service, and got my rental car without any hassle or complaint. They were genuinely happy to help me out and I was so thankful that they took care of the problem so graciously and painlessly. My car was fixed in one day and all went smoothly! I would like to commend Jim Heitzman on his excellent customer service from start to finish. His unassuming, kind manner, made me trust the company right away. His efforts to reduce the cost, made me feel he had me, the customer in mind foremost. He was friendly, sensitive and knowlegeable. He is a guy you might want to keep an eye on. He is someone who has the customer's best interest at heart. He took his time in explaining everything to me. I hope his hard work is rewarded. I'll never forget Romans 8.1. I took my truck in to have the bumper fixed from an accident. Pamela called Enterprise rental to have them come get me, but they didn't have anyone avalible, so she gave me a ride over there. That was a huge service to me since I needed to get back to my office right away. Bob called me the next day to let me know that the repair was taking more time and it would be another day. The service was good, and I'd recomend them to a friend.
