Wonderful customer service! They called with updates everyday and Steve contacted me personally to see how everything went. My car was so clean and looked like new in just 3 days! The girls in the reception room were so very nice and knowledgeable. They even allowed me to leave my rental car there and they called Hertz to tell them to come and get the car. I was offered coffee in the waiting room. I felt like I was an important person. Thank you for helping a bad situation get all fixed so nicely.

Dec 9th I visited this location at the onset of an emergency situation that happened during my lunch hour. The situation was somewhat unusual for my car of 7 years . I believe Angels positioned me less than a mile from this location. Excellent service and I'm very satisfied with the work. And I believe it was a fair price for tyhe work. I have already told several people how satisfied I 'am. A co worker has already asked that I give her your card. The staff was friendly and professional. Melissa showed a caring attitude! The front desk receptionist was friendly, and very helpful..her name was Pamela..she put you at ease..Melissa, looked at the damage and was equally excellent...the girls were great..bought them Taffy Apples to thank them..:) I was unnerved and they put me at ease..

I called Gerber and spoke to Jim H. and right away told me to bring in my car and he would look at it. When I took it in I was so embarrassed because of the damage I had done to my car. He told me do not worry I have seen worse and we will fix it up. That made me feel better although I know it was really bad.... Although, I hope not to be back ever....however; if my car needed repairs I would not think twice on where I should send it. I would call Jim and send it to Gerber. I am very happy with everything!

They came to my place of work the very next day to replace my shattered rear window. Jose did a great job and was very friendly and efficient. The interior was clean of all glass debris and the price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of this type of service. Also, my husband had some collision damage repaired on his truck at the Aurora location. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repairs, they detailed the interior which was loaded with dog hair. The inside looked brand new! Great job Gerber, keep up the good work!

Gerber did a great job at repairing my car, it looks like new. The personnel were very professional and friendly. I was happy with the price and... my car was ready much faster than I had expected. I wish I could give them 6 stars, but unfortunately 5 stars is the highest rating. I would definitely use them again. Well Done !!
