This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been serviced at this location. My repairs were being completed during the recent 2015 Thanksgiving holiday season and there were some initial mis-understanding as to when the repairs would be done and my vehicle ready for pick-up. Thanks to Jim G., Estimator, what could have turned out to be an unpleasant/anxious experience turned around to be just the opposite! Mr. G. kept me informed and even went the extra mile to contact me when he noticed that my car was still in the center's parking lot although it had been completed a couple of days prior. Mr G. picked me up from my home since I did not have access to transportation having returned my rental earlier in the week. In conclusion, due to the personal/patient service I received from Mr. G. Excellent service! Highly recommend! From the start first met Pamela when inquiry on phone and in person to make the repair appraisal and appointment. Pamela was friendly, informative and always a pleasant response when calling for status updates. Jim the nice guy who provided the estimate for repair and followed through with insurance matters to get the job done. Raul who called and actually left a message regarding repair status, seems nobody leaves messages anymore?! I did not get some of the other's names but I wish to Thank one and all for the Excellent service! Hope I don't need body work again but if so I know where to go to get it done! Regards,

Remarkable service, 800 358 0996high is what I have grown to expect, especially if Jim is involved. I went to his previous location only to find out he was at a new location. So, I went to find him. Minor repair for Jim, not so for me. Previously worked on it, maybe I messed it up?? Talked to Jim. 5 minutes later repair was complete (done right this time). Jim handed me the keys and said "you're ready to go". I asked how much I owed him. He chuckled to himself and said "nothing, it was a simple fix". I committed to him that I will continue to refer Gerber, especially Jim to any and all that need work done. This was my third interaction ith Jim. While I hope there will never be another need to see him, I KNOW where I'll go for future work. Thanks Jim.

Very smooth process. Mike, the general manager, was extremely helpful as was everyone in the office staff. We especially liked the arrangement with Enterprise allowing us to have a rental car during the repair period without having to use a separate invoice. Thanks!

Very nice people to work with. They are linked with the insurance company of the person that hit my car. I brougth car in for work and Hertz was called to have the rental ready and to be picked up and taken to Hertz. They explained it would take 7 days for the repair. I was cintacted by gerber throughout that week to give me progess. My car was washed and cleaned before I picked it up. Very pleased.

Wonderful customer service! They called with updates everyday and Steve contacted me personally to see how everything went. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will for sure use it for all my car needs in the future. They even refilled my windshield washer fluid for me! Thanks again for everything

My car was so clean and looked like new in just 3 days! The girls in the reception room were so very nice and knowledgeable. They even allowed me to leave my rental car there and they called Hertz to tell them to come and get the car. I was offered coffee in the waiting room. I felt like I was an important person. Thank you for helping a bad situation get all fixed so nicely.
