Excellent, my second time around getting my car repaired at this place due to another accident. The staff from the front desk to behind the scenes have been great. The car looks like it did when I bought it "NEW" Appreciate the fast turn a round time for repair and no hassle updates and friendly staff all the way. Nice enough to take care of a defective battery while in the shop to was a helpful plus too!! Highly Recommend this place if you need auto body work done. Thanks For an Excellent Job!

She was most reassuring that my vehicle would turn out well. i also appreciated receiving the messages on how the progress on my car was going. Couldn't be happier with the resolution of my repair. Jackie was efficient in determining the source of the misaligned part and promptly ordered a replacement. She also assured me the color would match as the technician located and recorded the color code prior to my departure. A follow-up phone call from Pamela announced the arrival of the part and a repair date was established. Thank you to both Jackie and Pamela for the ease of repair from part identification to installation. p.s. Pamela, I hope your dog is doing much better!
