I was greeted and welcomed by Jenna, who was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. I was "blown away" by the customer service and extremely pleased by Jenna and the service techs at Gerber. I will be recommending this Gerber location to family and friends for their auto repair needs.

Staff did everything for me, I didn't even have to worry. They had the rental car set up and ready to go before I got there and also was in contact with my insurance company, so I didn't have to try and solve the problem myself. They did great work and an excellent job, I would highly recommend them if you want the best results as well as being stress free!

The customer service was extraordinary. I brought my car in at 9 am. It was fixed by 9:45 a.m. (My rear left bumper had to be repaired.) From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, everyone I met and talked with was friendly, professional, and diligent - they reviewed everything with me before and after the repair. I have car insurance with AAA. They referred me to Gerber. I'm SO glad they did.

Gerber was amazing. They were so courteous and helpful. They let me know every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle. They had it repaired a week earlier than expected and cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle. The repairs are beautiful as well. They made it very easy and I would highly recommend them!

Excellent, my second time around getting my car repaired at this place due to another accident. The staff from the front desk to behind the scenes have been great. The car looks like it did when I bought it "NEW" Appreciate the fast turn a round time for repair and no hassle updates and friendly staff all the way. Nice enough to take care of a defective battery while in the shop to was a helpful plus too!! Highly Recommend this place if you need auto body work done. Thanks For an Excellent Job!
