It was easy to find the place of business (good signage), easy to access the site, plenty of parking. The estimator (Sean [sp - ???]) was thorough, courteous, answered all questions. The collision produced a repair estimate of less than $1,900.00. The appointment was made easily. A good working relationship with Enterprise Car Rental (Arlington Hts., IL). produced a reservation for pick up at the site the morning when work began as well as for the return of the rental car at the end. The work took one day less than anticipated. The work appears to be very well done (time will tell if the paint job holds up well). The only thing I would add is that neither of us remember Gerber employees telling us to not wash the car for a certain period of time. I arrived a few minutes before the shop opened and was greeted promptly with enthusiasm, I was taken care of in a short amount of time, even the rental car was ready for me. The shop foreman and myself went out to look over my auto, and discuss for a few moments. I picked up auto the next day and the work done is terrific. The employees there are very friendly!

We took our car to Gerber because of their reputation and because of past experience. The service we received from Gerber definitely met our expectations. We received a very fair quote for service and they did their best to keep the costs to a minimum. We also presented an online coupon that they very willingly accepted. We also were quite impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff.
