We took our car to Gerber because of their reputation and because of past experience. The service we received from Gerber definitely met our expectations. We received a very fair quote for service and they did their best to keep the costs to a minimum. We also presented an online coupon that they very willingly accepted. We also were quite impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff.

Excellent service with frequent updates. I had estimate from 3rd party for double the insurance estimate. Gerber assured me they would work with insurance company and all I had to pay was my deductible. The repairs were like the higher estimate and they handled the insurance for me. Also I had a number of non-related scratches they did touch up for no charge.
