I was recently involved in a automobile accident, but was not at fault, so the claimant's insurance agency was AAA. My vehicle was towed to Gerber Collision at my request due to it's location near my home. I received timely updates via phone and text. Staff was professional on all levels, either in person or on the phone. The vehicle was ready earlier than expected and an offer was even made to deliver the car! Service such as I received with this Gerber location is not the normal when doing business. It is so often the case that employees and companies only hear the complaints. From the moment I brought my car in Gerber answered the call. So helpful from the friendly front desk gentleman to the lady that checked the damage. The repairs were done so fast I didn't get to enjoy the loaner car too much! Fast service. They emailed me to let me know how they were coming along with my car. The work they did was impeccable ! I felt so calm with the whole process. And they even washed my car. Inside too! What a pleasant surprise. I would come to them again if I ever needed their help!!!
