My personal insurance is Geico, the insurance used for this last repair was Progressive. My first visit here for my brother's vehicle Geico was used, and when I got hit this time I told the Progressive adjuster I wanted to go back to Gerber. That right there should tell you something. Everyone has always been nice, patient and attentive. Would always answer my questions in a timely manner when I called, and the repairs on my vehicle were as if nothing ever happened. Both times.

State Farm referred me to Gerber Collision and I'm glad they did. I would never have imagined that dealing with a body shop could be so hassle-free and, in fact, pleasant. Bruce wrote up my estimate & from there scheduled the work & kept me posted as to the progress of the repairs. My car was delivered to me right on schedule & in showroom condition. All of the people I encountered at Gerber were especially courteous & helpful including Bruce, Lisa, Brett, Justin, Mark & Missy. If I could, I would give Gerber more than 5 stars!

Gerber did an excellent job of repairing my 2011 Ford Fusion. Darren prepared my estimate, kept me posted by phone on the progress of repairs & delivered the car to me in showroom condition! Darren was very courteous, pleasant to deal with & very efficient. Lisa, at the front desk, was also very pleasant & courteous to deal with. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass; they did a super job for me.

All were pleasant, polite. Estimate took little time to print. I made an appointment for a quote the following day. On my way to car and a gentleman approached and asked if he could help. I told him I was coming back the next day and he asked me to wait while he wrote up estimate so I wouldn't have to come back. He e-mailed me an estimate that afternoon.
