I worked with Dave, Victoria and Sylvia. They were top notch. All were very caring and Dave was on top of everything. I had never used Gerber before and I was afraid of the job they would do but, there is no other place now that I would ever take my car if anything happened again. My experience with Gerber Collision in Altamonte Springs, FL was excellent from the minute I made my appointment for collision repair over the phone until I picked up my car 3 weeks later. Wonderful customer service ! Our advisor/estimator Nicholas B. kept me informed on repairs and time line for completion. Upon completion and pick up of my Honda Accord he went over everything and made sure I was satisfied. I hope to never have an accident again but if it happens would use and recommend Gerber for repairs. Thanks for making a stressful situation more manageable- job well done !

Oustanding customer service!! Everyone at the Altamonte Springs Gerber Collision location is very friendly, helpful and professional. Emmie T. did an exceptional job working through all the "snags" in locating the after-market parts needed for our truck. Jamie did an amazing job assisting with my numerous phone calls, relaying and obtaining additional information needed. I am very thankful and grateful for Emmie, Jamie and everyone on the Gerber Team who helped us through a very stressful time by getting our truck repaired quickly and back to us as soon as possible. After my vehicle was in a fender-bender, my husband suggested I go to Gerber for a repair estimate. Estimator Alan M. and his tech, Jamie, are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
