Casey and team did excellent repairs of my vehicle. I was happy with the communication and they set my expectations as to when I would receive my vehicle. They also handled working directly with my claims adjuster and the rental car company.

I submitted a couple of feedbacks some weeks ago that were not too flattering for Gerber Collision and Glass in Tallahassee, FL. Quite simply, I was completely dissatisfied with the service when I had to bring my vehicle back because of a leak in the roof. My car did not leak prior to the tree limb falling, it didn't leak after the tree limb fell before I brought it in to Gerber's, but it leaked as soon as I had the repairs completed. Needless to say, when I returned and informed the staff that there was a leak they looked it over and came back saying it wasn't their fault and I need to see a dealer about it. I was livid and expressed in the feedbacks I submitted earlier. However, a day or so after, I was contacted by Kyle U., Tallahassee are Marketing Manager for Gerber Collision. He listened to my complaint and asked me to bring the car ... in for his crew to look at see what could be done. Right off the bat I felt at ease. he and the staff at Gerber Collision on Gilliam Lane were warm, responsive and respectful. he's the Marketing Manager and he is nor afraid of getting his hands dirty. He got right in there and discovered a possible source for the leak. He explained his plan of action and we agreed to order the parts. Once received I would bring the car in for repairs. When I did bring in the car, he said he would keep me posted on all progress. The area in question was the sunroof and he and the team proceeded to disassemble the roof interior. They performed multiple leak tests and really got outside the box on a few. The leak seen on the original exam by Kyle did not reproduce. I sure some garages would simply have installed the parts anyway and say they fixed it. He conferred with me, made his suggestion, of which I agreed to, and instead of replacing a possibility he recommended we put everything back in the way it was. One of the biggest deals for me was he completely cleaned the interior and roof liner to get the dirt and fingerprints left by the other shop. He went above and beyond to remedy this issue and I'm deeply appreciative of the service he and his team performed. It goes without saying I would strongly recommend this shop for any work you need performed. Kyle U. is his name...remember it! He's an asset! This is the only place I will come to have my auto repaired. Everyone was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They kept me informed during the entire repair. My car was ready when they stated with a perfect job done and even clean & washed. Thank you all for such fabulous service

I recently had Gerber Collision repair my new 2025 Toyota Camry after a hit?and?run accident. I honestly didn't think I'd ever look at the car and feel good about it again. But I'm happy to say the team at Gerber proved me wrong - the car looks fantastic, and it truly feels like new. The office staff was helpful and professional throughout the entire process, and April, our estimator and main point of contact, was outstanding. Every part of the body and paint work was done with care and precision, and the results exceeded my expectations. I'm genuinely grateful for the work they did and how they helped turn a stressful situation into a positive experience.

They did a great job on my Toyota Tundra. When they did the clear coat there are some droplets, you can only see them when you get really close and look across the hood. I'm very pleased with their work!

"I brought my 2020 Chevy Silverado Truck to Gerber Collision in New Smyrna Beach after a hit and run collision. From the start, they were fantastic. Mary T. at the front office handled all the insurance paperwork, saving me a huge headache. Mary kept me updated via text every few days on the progress. When I picked up the truck, it looked brand new-the paint match was flawless, and they even cleaned the vehicle! I highly recommend this company and their staff is second to none.
