Matt G. has been hands down the best to deal with!!!!! We have had a couple incidents with vehicles...an accident with my truck and two where my daughters vehicle had been hit, and everyone at the Labelle Gerber location has been on top of it!!!... follows through with what they say and always keeps us updated!!! My husband is hard to please and he even came home today after getting our daughters car back, saying how great the experience was and how nice of a guy Matt is! Explains everything!! Thank you Labelle Gerber!!! The entire staff is amazing!!! The lady at front desk too, she is awesome! Thank you!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. They kept me updated throughout the process with regular status calls, which I really appreciated. The work they did was flawless-my car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! You'd never know it was in a collision. What stood out the most was their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. They handled everything efficiently, including communication which made the whole experience hassle-free for me.
