The service was fast and professional. The office is welcoming and clean with plenty of seats if needed. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for me, walking distance. Thank you all for doing great work and getting my baby back to me quickly and as good as new. Bethany C. was my Estimator and I can't say enough great things about her. First Bethany had to text the rental place because they were 45 minutes late picking me up for my rental. She consistently called or texted me with updates. She was very sweet and professional and took very good care of my car. Paul was also great, just conversating with him was comfortable. They made sure they made you feel important. I would recommend them for great service and workmanship. ????????????

Hello, I am writing this review for Gary W. as I would like to personally thank him for fixing my car. I took my car to Gerber when it was under previous management after being damaged from a storm and it was never fixed properly. After I realized I had a major key issue where I could not get into my car with my key and the front of my car fender was not placed properly back on my car. I brought it in and explained the issue and Gary immediately fixed it for me. I truly appreciate him and I am extremely impressed and happy with the service I received under the new management. I will definitely recommend others to Gerber and specifically this location because of Gary. Thank you again.

It feels so good to walk into a business and find a friendly, positive environment. And that's exactly what we found at this location. Starting at the front desk, Bethany is efficient, funny and does her job well. She has a great smile to greet all who enter. Our estimator was Zak. He knows his job very well and takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done, why and potential options if available. He has the ability to discuss the technical aspects of the job in easy to understand terms and is very thorough. He was patient and kind. A lot of the work was done by Jamie. They call him the magician and he lived up to the name. He was able to repair our bumper vs. us having to buy a new one. And it came out looking like new. He definitely made magic for us and exceeded our expectations. When we picked up our truck, we met the ... General Manager, Gary. It was nice to talk with him and be able to tell him how pleased we were with the service we received. It was obvious he was very proud of his team and by the group's interaction with each other, you could tell the team respected each other and valued what each member brought to the table. I should've submitted this review almost a month ago, but it kept slipping my mind (Sorry). I want to start off by first saying that from the moment my husband and I walked in the Altamonte Springs branch we were treated like VIP clients. It started out with Jake making sure our rental car was clean and ready for pickup. He was so kind and really went the extra mile to ensure we were taking care of. The amazing Paul was the guy that took pictures of the damages on the car and submitted repairs to the insurance company. He was very communicative the entire time. We didn't have to guess when the car would be finished because we would get weekly phones calls and text messages regarding car status. Any time there was a delay we would know right away. Paul delivered great customer service from beginning to end and really made us feel like ... family. I would definitely recommend anyone that has an ear to consider the Gerber Altamonte Springs location for your collision repair needs. Ask for Paul. This was my first time dealing with an auto collision company. I absolutely adored the staff!! Paul is such a sweet guy, he took very good care of me and my car. Love me some Paul!!!!!!!!!! And Sylvia at the front desk is a doll. Everyone at this location is professional and provided great customer service from start to finish. Very good experience recently with Gerber Collision, given the times were in with extended supply lines. Everyone was helpful, from Christian at front desk to Doug, my estimator. Received timely updates regarding progress on my vehicle repair and was told honest turnaround for completion and vehicle pick up. The resulting work was impressive and completely matched original vehicle specs. I would definitely recommend Gerber to family members and friends in need of collision repair.

This was the first pleasant experience I've encountered at any auto service dept. Orlando and his team were super accommodating. I am headed out of town and was so worried about my car not being finished before I left. Orlando was very reassuring and explained everything in understood detail and made sure he had my car done before I went out of town! Luigi who I learned is a legit bicyclist with beautiful bicycles he showed me is who did the repairs. We were running late but somehow were involved in everyone who was still working when we arrived. The process was very easy, my car was washed inside and out. The work ethic is on point. We even got to embrace and share in the joy of the gentleman who was raving in excitement of his child's birth the following day. This was not a body shop this was a family friendly professional atmosphere ... where my car was being properly taken care of and I appreciate that and everyone who helped. read more
