To start, the young lady working the front desk is excellent. Quick, efficient, and beyond helpful. Makes the rental situation easy, paperwork was a breeze. Next was my mechanic who repaired my truck. His name is Alejandro. Incredible communication. Updates me every tuesday and thursday. He was fantastic. I would recommend this shop 100/100 if you ask me they have a customer for life in me.

Furthermore, my insurance policy covered the repair costs, which was a significant relief. Impressively, they even arranged a rental car when the repair took longer than initially anticipated. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the professionalism of the repair shop and my insurance provider.
