I had to wait several weeks for the estimate but after that the folks were very helpful to get me in and get the work done before my retirement and a move out of State. Another text when the vehicle should be ready to be pick up and then they confirmed when the vet was ready to be picked up with a phone call as well. Ryan P. did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle and it was fixed and repair the right way. They painted the vehicle and also shined it as well. Gerber worked with the other parties insurance company and the rental car company and made the process seamless. They kept us up to date of any delays and returned our car to us not only repaired but cleaned and vacuumed too! I don't know how the process could have gone smoother. I took my car to Gerber collision and glass to repair back fender damage and I was very impressed. The shop is spacious and very clean. That is the reason why I stopped at this facility. It has great curb appeal. And I found out that John Hernandez Jr., is an honest person when he removed some of the scuff marks off my car before he gave me an estimate. After getting the estimate, I told him that I would definitely bring my car back to get it repaired. They did an outstanding job with no visible defects and made it look just like new with a beautiful wash job also. I recommend this shop to any and everyone.
