After dropping off my car for repair and then they called me and said that it would take a few more days and parts needed to be ordered, I went ballistic on them and was not very nice. By the way, I am very ashamed of myself. They ended up getting parts and repair work done only 4 days after scheduled originally. They were always extremely pleasant to me evan though I was very rude to them. I picked my car up after hours when no one was around. It was beautiful. I think they must have detailed it. So my experience with them is awesome. I would highly recommend them and by the way I am going to call them tomorrow when they open, express by appreciation and apologize for my rude behavior .

My State Farm insurance agent gave me information about Gerber Collision after a discussion about where they would recommend getting my car repaired. The location selected was quite close to my house and the representative that answered the phone and arranged an appointment was very friendly and informative. Upon my arrival, the inspection area was undercover and clean. The agent who inspected my car was efficient, personable and after taking photos presented me with an estimate within 30 minutes. The rate was most competitive with what I had from other sources so I agreed to have Gerber do the repair. I was able to keep my car while kept informed as to the status of when the parts would be available and they could start the repair. After dropping the car off for repair I was informed twice a week while the repairs were being done as to ... the status - additional parts, assembly, and painting. Upon completion, the pickup was simple, expedient, and friendly. Gerber will be my number one recommendation to anyone I know who needs damage repairs. read more

I was very happy with the customer service and the repair that was done to my vehicle. I had to wait several weeks for the estimate but after that the folks were very helpful to get me in and get the work done before my retirement and a move out of State. Another text when the vehicle should be ready to be pick up and then they confirmed when the vet was ready to be picked up with a phone call as well. Ryan P. did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle and it was fixed and repair the right way. They painted the vehicle and also shined it as well. My husband was rear-ended in rush hour. We were working with the other parties insurance company and fortunately neither of us have never had to file an auto claim before. Gerber worked with the other parties insurance company and the rental car company and made the process seamless. They kept us up to date of any delays and returned our car to us not only repaired but cleaned and vacuumed too! I don't know how the process could have gone smoother.
