Sherri A. at the Johnston Street, Lafayette LA location was amazing to work with. She showed such compassion when she learned of my husband's accident. After the accident, I was dealing with the tow yard and claims adjuster while at the hospital with my husband. After days of not making headway to get his truck to Gerber, it was so refreshing to meet the beautiful young lady I had been speaking to on the phone when I called almost daily to see if the truck had arrived. Her first question always was, "how is your husband?" I don't typically submit reviews but I felt I had to let you know what type of person you have greeting customers on the phone and at the front door. She is an exemplary employee who truly knows what customer service is all about. When I left there, I felt everything was going to be handled just as Sherri said ... it would be! Replaced the rear bumper on my F 150. Did a great job in timely manner. Had an electrical connection that needed work, but they handled that well quickly and prefessionally. If I need a collision repair in the future I will call thzm and can definitely recommend them.

In todays world, it is difficult to find a business that goes the extra mile. Jordan and staff at the Oshkosh office really does that. They are all so friendly, efficient and my car looks great. On the way home, I hit a deer and took my car back the next day. I received great service again. They ar so friendly and helpful. It is so refreshing to have a business like this in Oshkosh

I was in an accident recently and needed auto repair and this was one of the locations listed for me to choose for my repair. It's my first time ever doing this so I called several locations and I automatically knew this was the place. I forgot her name but young lady at front desk was very professional & provided great customer service and Cory who did the repair did an excellent job from having great communication to repairing my car like if nothing ever happened and best of all in a short period of time.
