I'll begin with "thank you". My daughter and I were involved in an accident in late April 2022. My beloved Toyota 4Runner was an undrivable mess. I had heard Gerber did exceptional work, so when it came time to choose a preferred repair shop through my insurance company, I decided to give them a try. Understandably, we're still working through post-pandemic part shortages, so I was somewhat expecting this to take a while. The Gerber team kept me updated on a bi-weekly basis (Don and Tom). I have to admit, I was a bit testy at times. I thought it was going to be done a little quicker than it was, but that was wishful thinking on my part, mainly because I really wanted my truck back.
