This location was absolutely phenomenal!! From the time I dropped off my car till the time I picked it up! They were so incredibly thorough with me during the WHOLE process. Jane at the front and Kaitlyn were such a delight and so helpful. I am always on the phone for work so whey offered to text me with updates I was so happy about this. I received a personal text from Jane every Tuesday and Thursday with updates, as well as the automated one, and Kaitlyn sent me one as well going into detail about my car and the items they were waiting on. I had no worries or concerns because of the way they kept up with me. Normally when I get my car fixed I am always wondering when I will get it back but they informed me of a date and they were on time! They texted me from when they started working on my car to even starting the painting process! I ... was SUPER impressed. I will definitely be using them in the future for all glass repairs, hopefully no more collisions, but if one happens, I know where I am going and that Is Gerber in Newnan!
