What a great experience. My car was hit by another driver. Berber Collision worked with the other drivers insurance company. I didn't have to do anything. They worked with the rental car company. I didn't have to do anything. The work should have taken three days. It was done by the next afternoon. You couldn't tell that my car had any damage to it. I was more than pleased.

Outstanding craftsmanship after my new Civic was T-boned by a bicyclist with significant imprint crunched in doors and head on frame above door. Anthony orchestrated the work in a timely manner and was so thoughtful. The gal at the office was wonderful. I was stunned after the accident and they were so kind along with being reassuring. So glad she pointed out how to take care of paint . Thanks so much for employees that understand just how important our cars are to us. Appreciate the business Gerber is in. Called to tell my agent's office how happy I am and I'll tell everyone how well I was care for. Tried to do a google and FB review but it wouldn't go through. Anyway can tell you have excellent corp. leadership this doesn't just happen.
