COMMUNICATION: I did have to reach out to the company about a week to 10 days after dropping my car off to get a status update. This did not impair my ability to get through my day to day but it would have been nice to hear from the company with a timely status update. After reaching out I started receiving text messages with where my vehicle was in the repair process which was nice. QUALITY OF WORK: Overall the vehicle looks pretty good. As discussed when I was dropping off the vehicle, the repaired bumpers are slightly off in color from the original paint but I expected this since I was briefed on it when I dropped it off. The rear mud flaps were not re-installed when I picked the car up but overall I'm satisfied with the work. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LOCATION: I was happy with the customer service at the location. They were kind and ... timely. I didn't have to wait for service for an unreasonable amount of time and they answered all questions that I had regarding the insurance payment and rental car.
