Excellent customer service! I love that Gerber collision has great communication also. I was kept in the loop of what was happening with my car and anyone I talked to answered all questions and went above and beyond. They estimated a week due to national part shortages and that's exactly what it took to get the car fixed. Thanks Max, Jennifer, and Danny! Y'all made the process of getting my car fixed so much easier and I can tell you care about your customers and jobs. I highly recommend, I never do surveys but they took care of me so well I had to share! I will be back for any services I may need on my car

This place is AMAZING- you guys ROCK! So friendly and professional. They did not keep my car any longer than needed. It was done when they said it would be and every couple of days I either got an email or phone call telling me where they were with it and that we were still on track. I was shocked when I picked it up and my car was cleaned inside and out! AMAZING AND THANK YOU! each one of the people there from garage to front end were very helpful and only wanted us to be happy. Yes, I would recommend GERBER on Highland rd to anyone needing repairs.

I stopped into Gerber Collision to ask about some scratches to my hood. Chris was amazing! He took my car and had Manny in the paint buff the hood - All the scratches are gone! Chris even took the time to notice a deep scratch on another panel and brush touched it up for me. Amazing customer service, thank you Gerber !

I would give 6 stars if I could. I cannot overstate the level of service that the team at Stanwood Gerber gave me. I had just bought a brand new Ford F-250 and damaged the bumper in a grocery store parking lot after only 6 weeks. They were very sympathetic to the situation, understood the disruption of having a vehicle in repair, and made the whole process the least stressful possible. I am most impressed with the transparency and frequency of updating me on the status of my repair. I received almost daily texts that outlined progress, even when the news wasn't the best (delayed shipping because of the manufacturer). A lot of companies would avoid conveying that type of difficult info, but great service is all about putting everything on the table and I really appreciated the open communication.
