We had our 3 week old, 2022 Toyota Highlander repaired by Gerber on 63rd and Douglas, Milwaukee. We were referred to Chris and Adam by our new car salesman, who told us if we wanted the repairs to be perfect, go to these people at Gerber. The repairs and paint work that repaired the front end damage was done as close to factory perfect as possible. Thank you to Chris for getting us in and assuring us that they would take care of us, and Adam for your professionalism in developing the estimate, dealing with the insurance company and especially for keeping us in the loop during the entire process. If you had a 1-10 rating, he would get a 10. We also want to thank the front office staff who were personable and kind. We will NOT hesitate to refer others and to return with any further auto body repair needs.

My car was hit while parked out front of my house. Once Gerber Collision received my car they were fantastic with texting and calling about updates throughout the process. Once my car was taken apart from repair, they found prior damage (which I was unaware about as I bought the car used). Gerber Collision was great about communicating with both myself and my insurance company. In the end, Jose explained to me that my care was not previously repaired correctly and it is not safe to drive. While this was hard to hear, I appreciated the honest review. I may be down a car, but a life is way more important. While my car was totaled by my insurance, I have to give much thanks and appreciation for the integrity given by the staff at Gerber. If you look for honesty, this is the place to go.

I (unfortunately) had to be serviced by them twice in a span of a few short months because of 2 accidents back to back. It was frustrating but I wasn't even worried when the 2nd accident happened because I knew exactly who would be helping me. Gerber employees are beyond helpful. They are so nice, they seem to really enjoy their jobs and strive to make their customers happy. I will always recommend them! Hopefully I don't need to use them again, but if I need to, I won't hesitate to choose them.

This is the second time in less than a year that I have had to have body work done. Gerber in Mooresville has top notch customer service and they do excellent work. They are timely and keep you up to date on your vehicles progress. I wouldn't take my or my family's vehicle anywhere else.

I was rear ended and Garber did a phenomional job repairing the damage in a timely manner. I am a self proclaimed car/truck nut and extremely critical of p[aint/body work. My Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited looks better than new! Please that the shop and Semal as my "liason"!!!!

I just got my car back from Gerber collision and was super impressed with their customer service. The girls in the front office were helpful with information and friendly. The shop manager kept me informed about the progress of repairs and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the repairs and service. The car was spotless inside and out.

My Kia was broken into, and my insurance was integrity. I am extremely happy, and totally blown away by the wonderful service that I received at your company on Douglas Avenue in Milwaukee, starting with the amazing receptionist when I called she was so helpful and her calming voice made me feel a lot better. I never went through something like this and I was a little freaked out. She was amazing and then I was introduced to Adam Who was doing the estimate and he was so professional so knowledgeable. and very upfront and honest he exceeded My expectations he contacted me every step of the way and assured me he would take care of everything . The staff at Gerber in Newhall is fantastic. Tina, Hannah, Eduardo, and their crew went above and beyond to repair my car that was damaged in a local carwash. They were professional and supportive during the entire repair. They kept in touch with me on the progress of my car each day. I was stuck in Arizona during Christmas due to the Southwest problem, and they assured me it was no problem for me to pick up my car once I was able to return. There were a couple other problems with my car, and they took care of that immediately. If you want reliable, supportive, quality, and friendly service, this is the Gerber Collision and Glass shop you can count on for help. I can't say enough how pleased I was with my experience with all the staff at this location as well as the quality of work of their technician(s). From the minute I walked in the office the receptionist greeted me promptly and with a smile, the gentleman that came out greeted me nicely. We walked outside to my car, where he explained the process and asked my preference in communication and gave me an expected finish date. After I received my rental car , during the days after, I received updates on a regular basis. When I picked up my car, I happened to run into another worker outside who was just as pleasant and helpful explaining where I could park the rental car and pointed to where my car was.
