Worked with Erika at this location. She was very professional and timely for all my questions and updates. Shop initially said the repair wouldn't be done until March due to backlogged work. They called me a week after the initial estimate and got me in a week later. Very impressed by the work, my car was immaculate when returned. They even detailed it no cost. Would recommend Erika and this shop again. Very pleased with their work.

Online appt scheduling is very easy, got in day after New Year's Day. Parts my van needed came in quickly, one part totally covered under warranty. Really, really good customer service!

They handled calling Enterprise to pick me up and left rental care with Kim and she took care of Enterprise again.
