I was in an accident right before I went on vacation. I picked Gerber Collision based on reviews through the State Farm app. Kevin, David, and Emma at Tumwater Gerber were a pleasure to work with and they kept me updated through the process. As with everything in the current times there were some delays with parts but that is not on Gerber that is just life right now. Kevin was excellent about communicating next steps during the process and was able to get my car back to me faster than I expected. Emma was very helpful when I needed to get personal items out of my vehicle when I returned from vacation. She was also able to coordinate the rental car pickup from their location so I didn't have to worry about arranging a ride or Uber/Lyft. Thank you Tumwater Gerber Collision Team for taking care of my car!

Excellent experience, Vehicle was repaired and returned ahead of estimated completion date. Regular texts and calls were received on progress of the work and the changes to completion schedule. All the eprsonnel that I encountered were pilite and professional. And to top it all off, the verhicle was returned super clean inside and out - the interior was a little bit of a mess when delivered so the cleaning was appreciated.

The process took longer than i initially expected (2 weeks), but the result exceeded expectations. She looks brand new!
