Farmers Insurance Claim Number - SLU08127 Farmers Group Property and Casualty Insurance Company. I brought my car in on February 8 for repair. When I was told to pick up the car over six weeks later, there were so many things wrong with the car that were not even issues when I dropped my car off in February. I tried dealing with the service manager to no avail. He was ultimately replaced by Adam. I cannot speak highly enough about Adam and his attention to detail and his high level of customer service. My car was returned to me in perfect condition. Before Adam, I was extremely unhappy with Gerber. Since he took over the Thorndyke location, the caliber of service and quality of repair work have returned to the high level that I experienced years ago. Thank you, Adam. Gerber Collision & Glass needs to reward Adam for bringing quality ... and professionalism back to the Thorndyke location.
